ACCO's online ordering system is unable to calculate shipping and handling rates for orders generating outside the U.S. Any orders submitted through ACCO's online store, originating outside the U.S. will be held until sufficient shipping and handling funds are received. Payment Information
For online orders, ACCO accepts credit card purchases only (Visa, Master Card and American Express).
For fax, mail or email orders, ACCO accepts credit card and check payments. Please contact staff@acco.org for a pricing quote or call 855-858-2226 to place your order by phone.
Delivery
ACCO will process orders approximately 3 - 5 business days after receipt. Please allow additional time for shipping transit.
Shipping & Handling
Domestic Orders
For online orders, shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and based on weight and method of shipping selected. The cost will be included in your final total.
For fax, mail or email orders, items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Contact staff@acco.org or call 855-858-2226, if you have questions about domestic shipping charges for fax, mail or email orders only.
Canada and Mexico
Please contact staff@acc.org or call 855-858-2226 for shipping and handling charges. Orders submitted without prior approval, originating outside of the U.S. will be held until ACCO is contacted to determine shipping and handling fees. Customers outside the U.S. must contact ACCO via email at staff@acco.org, fax at 301-962-3521 or phone at 855-858-2223, prior to placing online orders.
International Orders

Commercial Orders
For purchase orders, terms are Net 60 Days. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 52-1071826. All purchase orders must be received via mail at ACCO, PO Box 498, Kensington, MD 20895 or fax at 301-962-3521 or via email at staff@acco.org.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees for corporate purchase orders will be based on weight. For U.S. domestic orders, items will be shipped via FedEx ground. Contact staff@acco.org or call 855-858-2223 for detailed shipping quotes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days after receipt. A return request must be faxed or mailed to the ACCO to receive pre-authorization. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs unless ACCO made an error. To return merchandise, indicate the reason for your return on a copy of the invoice. Enclose the document with your return and ship to:

Damaged or Defective Items
All shipping damages or shortages should be reported within 3 business days of receipt. If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the original packing container until you have contacted us. We will process your replacement order promptly.
